Before Your Appointment
Hair Length
For sugaring: hair should be at least 5mm (about 2 weeks post-shave). For waxing: just 1mm is enough.
Exfoliate Gently
24-48 hours before your appointment, gently exfoliate the treatment area to remove dead skin cells.
Avoid Sun Exposure
Avoid sunbathing or tanning beds 24 hours before treatment to prevent skin sensitivity.
Wear Comfortable Clothing
Choose loose, breathable clothing for your appointment, especially for intimate areas.
After Your Treatment
Keep It Clean
Avoid touching the treated area unnecessarily. Keep it clean and dry for the first 24 hours.
Cool Down
Avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, and intense exercise for 24 hours after treatment.
Moisturize Daily
Apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer daily to keep skin soft and prevent ingrown hairs.
Exfoliate Regularly
After 48 hours, exfoliate 2-3 times per week to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smooth skin.
